Third Thursdays @ The Wright - June

Third Thursday at The Wright celebrates Black Music Month and Hip Hop's 50th with a dynamic event in partnership with 2D Productions and Anderson/Denham Entertainment.  Join us for a three-part panel discussion on the top contributors to Detroit Hip Hop over the past 50 years.

This panel supports identifying and honoring the top 50 Detroit Hip Hop contributors, who will be formally honored at the Hip Hop 50 concert in July.

Hosted by Billy T of 92.3 and Detroit Musix's Sam Donald, the panels will feature dynamic guests including many of Detroit's media and Hip Hop experts. Thanks to 2D Productions and Anderson/Denham Entertainment, we're also partnering with the State Champions Podcast, who will live-stream the event. They will also share their own insights and recaps from the panels.

Doors open at 5PM for music, food, and networking before the panels kick off at 6PM.  Close the night out with us with a DJ and Cypher till doors close at 9PM.
