African Liberation Day Celebration
African Liberation Day is to appreciate the achievements of the people of Africa, and to celebrate African unity. It is an opportunity to highlight the cultural and economic potential as well as marking the progress made by the African nations.
Though this day is celebrated annually on May 25th, we will observe this commemoration event on May 26th and May 27th. In continuing our partnership with Alkebu-lan Village, the Wright Museum encourages the community to attend and get involved!
