The Wright Recognizes the Anniversary of George Floyd's Death

The death of George Floyd at the hands of law enforcement in 2020 sparked a global civil rights movement. In the months that followed, millions of people in America and across the world protested for accountability in Floyd's death.

"We are each challenged at this moment, with the responsibility to take this time and build on it to make positive transformational change in our own hearts and minds," says Neil Barclay, President & CEO of The Wright Museum.

This past year has had its fair share of turmoil, and there is still much work to be done; however, we look to the future with optimism for a better world for all.
