38th Annual African World Festival

This event has been postponed to August 20-22, 2021 due to the COVID-19 response.

Save the date for Detroit's largest celebration of African diasporic culture!

For 12 hours each day, AWF will feature several stages of entertainment, more than 125 marketplace vendors, crowd-pleasing ethnic foods, visual arts, master crafts exhibitions, live demonstrations and so much more!
