Ford Freedom Rotunda

The Ford Freedom Rotunda offers a beautiful backdrop for your next event. It is distinct from any setting in the world and offers the perfect atmosphere for almost every occasion.  This amazing space is under our famous, majestic dome and adorned with the spectacular exhibition, "Ring of Genealogy."

Price: $2,000 / 4 hours Sun, Tues, Wed
$2,500 / 4 hours Thurs - Sat

Contemporary Artist Gallery

Showcasing up and coming artists, the Contemporary Artist Gallery is perfect for seated dinners as well as buffets.  Also known as the Multi-Purpose Room, this gallery provides ample space for receptions, business meetings, lectures and most any event.

Price: $1,200 / 4 hours Sun, Tues, Wed

Lewis Latimer Cafe

Our inviting Lewis Latimer Café has floor to ceiling windows overlooking an outdoor patio. The indoor facility offers an ideal setting for showers, VIP receptions and other events.

Price: $500 / 4 hours Sun, Tues, Wed
$600 / 4 hours Thurs - Sat (Indoor Café Only)

General Motors Theater

Our newly renovated, state-of-the-art General Motors Theater, providing seating for 317 guests, provides a quaint, intimate setting for lectures, concerts, films, presentations, seminars and workshops.

Price: $1,500 / 4 hours Sun, Tues, Wed
$2,000 / 4 hours Thurs - Sat

(Our Audio-Visual Technician is required for all GM Theater rentals. Contact a Facility Rental Coordinator for services & fees.)

Trustees Board Room

The Trustees Board Room is the perfect executive conference room setting for your corporate meeting.  Equipped with everything you need to have a successful business meeting – flipcharts, digital projector, dry erase board, and a spacious conference table seating 35 – 50 guests.

Price: $1,000 / 4 hours
