30 Days To Lose It!
 

30 Days To Lose It! is the weekly workout program for women at the Charles H. Wright Museum. Sponsored by Ascension Michigan, Beaumont Health System and the National Medical Association's Cobb Institute, these one-hour workouts are held at the museum on Tuesdays from 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. 30 Days to Lose It!, through June 25, 2019.

• Total Body HIIT [High Intensity Interval Training]  on Jan. 29 (Lisa A. Smith, The Black Health Academy)

Featuring free health screenings by the Henry Ford Health System on Jan. 22, starting at 6:00 pm. Plus, learn about the All of Us research program to gather data from a million or more U.S. residents in an unprecedented campaign to accelerate research and improve health. MEN AND WOMEN WELCOME!
